My attendance at this year's IAF SETI Committee meetings is especially important because, due to the present difficulties with international travel, four of our esteemed colleagues from the SETI Institute (Frank Drake, Jill Tarter, Kent Cullers and Edna DeVore) will regrettably be unable to attend. Thus, it falls to The SETI League to be a strong presence at those meetings, and I will endeavor to represent you constructively. My access to email during my travels is uncertain. Thus, if there is any SETI League business which you feel cannot await my return to work on October 10, I invite you to communicate with our President, Richard Factor or Secretary, Heather Wood .
