Seems to be solved for the moment, but I might as well offer 'my services'
to the rest of you as well, I do alot of electronic construction myself, including
dual layer PCB etching up to A4/Letter size, down to 0.1mm(4mil) wire width.

If it's for your argus station I'm not out to make a profit, just the material costs,
I can also help with the design as well if you're not too into pcb designs.
Preferred cad formats are Eagle or Protel, but other formats may be accepted as well,
also bitmap images and pdf's if it's got decent resolution.
Examples on cards I've etched for other people http://rfelektronik.se/temp/project/diverse/

I prefer not to drill pcb's (smd is much more prefered), but say I drill up to two dussin holes
for free, more than that I'll have to charge a fee because drilling is extremly timeconsuming
    not to mention boring :-)

I also have alot of equipment for microwave design, if you have any special projects in mind.

This is just to keep your argus station running - I'm not trying to make a profit here,
just offering to help my fellow argonauts....

(ps. I'm also starting up a servicemanual database containing service manuals,
schematics, operating instructions and calibration instructions for all kinds of
electronic instruments and amateur radios, if you have any relevant files not
listed in my site just let me know and I'll it - I'm out to build a huge manual
database for free for us hobbyists as it's sometimes very hard to find...)

it's about 12gig now and I'm adding more as I find it....
