SETI public: Searching HabStar 1499

    ... as I was saying before that false alarm went off. (lets see... integration ... alarm setup ... weather...) Oh yes.

    I plan to spend the morning on this HabStar and going over a fine article by Paul Shuch on the SETI League web site. This one is titled 'Project Argus and the Challenge of Real-Time All-Sky SETI' In it Paul describes, among other things, the calculations of reception distance that an Argus station like mine can achieve.
    I need this because, lets face it, a HabStar like 1499 is a *long* way away (23.44 parsecs) and really much further than I can expect to receive a signal with my station alone. I need to put a touch of reality into this (but not so much to kill the buzz).
