SETI public: 4th International Congress for Radio Astronomy

I am very proud to announce to you today the dates of the 4th international congress for Radio Astronomy 8th 9th 10th of September 2006 which will be Held in the new Science Tower of the University of Applied Science (FH Heidelberg) this will be a 3 day event as usual with the Friday being workshops and the Saturday the main congress .

With Great Honour we will be using the Great Lecture hall at the base of the tower for this international and very important event Guests will be coming once again from all over the world which should give some very high grade Lectures indeed ! you are requested to bring allong a lecture with you however this is not a Requirement .

This year we have moved our venue to the wonderfull old German University town of Heidelberg and together with cheep accomodation on Campus so it is possible for you all to bring along your wives with you , with the tram that is directly next to the Science Tower the old town center is 5 minuets away which will give the ladies and maybe a few Gents a wonderfull few days out in this wonderfull german town with its Castle and all the Sights "Heidelberg is the main tagret for all Tourists from abroad other than Munich and Berlin" the congress will be lectures then Lunch then lectures with Teabrakes followed by the main Banquet Saturday and Sunday which will be held in a Medieaval house in the very oldest part of Heidelberg a corner where I may add no tourists ever come it is here Where the Ladies who have been out during the day will join us !

Every Congress is a success but I think in connection with the wonderfull town of Heidelberg this will give you all the excuse to not only come but to bring your partners with you for a wonderfull short brake , it is also possible to book the Campus boarding house for longer than the 3 day ERAC Congress this should give you a real excuse to have a well diserved brake as well as a hopefully dammed good congress wit it . Communications could not be better Frankfurt Airport is just around the corner and an Airport Shuttel bus runs every hour directly into the center of Heidelberg and the accomodation is a short ride away .

Please go onto the ERAC Website at www.eracnet.org then press the yellow button ERAC Congress 2006 to register your comming as soon as possible as I have to do the logistics well ahead of the congress , short time reservations are welcome however please understand that this may cause problems !

If you are bringing a lecture with you Please do not forget I need as soon as possible the title and the expected time you need to hold it .
