I have uploaded version 1.06 of the Remote SETI Client. This one uses UDP rather than TCP for the transport mechanism so it should not have a dropout problem. It does use a non-standard port (17861) so if you are behind a firewall and this port is blocked it won't work for you.
I am still working on the antenna rotor so the movement is still simulated but the receiver audio is from WWV at 10 mHz (without an antenna).
Please download the new client [ http://www.seti.net/SETINet/SETINet.htm ] and give it a try. Email me with the results.
