I am nearing the point where I can start developing the Remote SETI Client and Server. This will be a three tier system with a Client on your computer, an HTTP Server (Internet Information Server - IIS) and a back office Remote SETI Server running on my machine.

I would like your input on the proposed back office rules. Do you think they will work? Additions? Subtractions?
