NASA ADMINISTRATOR SCHEDULES MEDIA BRIEFING
NASA Administrator Sean O'Keefe will brief news media representatives
about the new vision outlined by President George W. Bush on
Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2004, beginning at 1:30 p.m. PST.
The briefing will be broadcast live on NASA Television from the NASA
Headquarters auditorium, Washington, DC. Reporters are invited to
view the broadcast in the main auditorium at NASA Ames Research
Center, Bldg. N-201, Moffett Field, Calif. News media representatives
must present photo ID at the main gate, Moffett Field, to gain
entry. Prior to the NASA administrator's briefing, President Bush
will join O'Keefe at NASA Headquarters at 12 noon PST to announce new
exploration objectives for the agency. The announcement will be
broadcast live on NASA Television.
Both events also can be seen on the Internet at:
NASA TV is available on AMC-9, transponder 9C, C-Band, located at 85
degrees west longitude. The frequency is 3880.0 MHz. Polarization is
