CBET 74 informed that K. Itagaki discovered a very nearby (3Mpc)
bright (mag 11.2) SN in NGC 2403. The position is R.A. = 7h37m17s.02,
Decl. = +65o35'57".8 (J2000.0), offset about 160"E, 10"N. It is
confirmed by himself on the next night, when the magnitude has not
changed.
