SETI public: SETICon03 prereg deadline is upon us!

        The preregistration deadline for SETICon03 is only four days away! If you
are planning to attend, take advantage of the early registration discount
by signing up now, using the form in the Spring 2003 issue of SearchLites,
or online at <http://www.setileague.org/seticon/prereg03.htm>.
        This is also the time to register for the optional Microwave Hardware
Construction Workshop, where you will learn to build and test your own
ultra-low noise hydrogen line preamplifier. We need to order your kits on
1 April, so advance registration is a must. And if you're planning to
attend the Awards Banquet, please order your tickets right away, as we have
to give the caterers a final count very soon.
        The deadline for room reservations at the conference hotel was last
Sunday, but they may still have rooms available if you act quickly. Call
them direct at +1 (215) 860-1700, and be sure to mention "SETI Conference"
to receive your discount.
