**** SPACE WEATHER OUTLOOK ****
Summary For March 10-16
Space weather for the past week has reached moderate levels. A
geomagnetic storm began on March 14th and reached category G2
(moderate) levels. On March 15th and 16th the geomagnetic storm
continued at the G1 (minor) levels. For a list of adverse system
effects related to space weather storms, please refer to the NOAA Space
Weather Scales.
Outlook For March 19-25
There is a chance of a category R1 (minor) or R2 (moderate) radio
blackout from a very active sunspot region early in the week. The
geomagnetic storm that began late last week should continue until March
21st.

USAF, NASA, NSF, USGS, the International Space Environment Services
and other observatories, universities, and institutions. For more
