    The January/February, 2003 issue of The Planetary Society's The Planetary
    Report magazine is devoted to interstellar travel. The articles mainly focus
    on solar and laser-driven sails in anticipation of TPS's Cosmos 1 solar sail
    mission to be launched in mid-2003 from a former Soviet nuclear submarine.
