    UPDATE:
    Team Encounter's Cosmic Call 2003, originally scheduled for February 14, has been delayed.
    Richard Braastad, Team Encounter's Technical Coordinator for the Cosmic Call, reports from Evpatoria that the Team Encounter team - led by Chief Scientist Dr. Alexander Zaitsev - has been unable to install the necessary software and hardware to enable the technical transmission.
    Our team is on site, and in constant communication with key personnel at the Evpatoria Space Center and the National Space Agency of Ukraine. We are attempting to establish a new transmission date.
