    No... His "SEPRA" department regarding UFO and with only a technician (Mr Velasco) is not credible.
    A famous story is the one of the "5 nov 1990 ufo". Whereas NASA had sent report about a russian rocket falling into earth, Mr Velasco was claiming on TV he didn't know what it was...
