SPACE WEATHER ADVISORY OUTLOOK #03- 51
    2003 December 23 at 01:35 p.m. MST (2003 December 23 2035 UTC)

    **** SPACE WEATHER OUTLOOK ****

    Summary For December 15-21
Space weather during the past week reached moderate levels. A Category
G1 (minor) geomagnetic storm was in progress on December 15th due to a
large coronal hole and its associated high speed solar wind. The storm
diminished by December 16th and no other significant space weather was
observed during the week. For a list of adverse system effects related
to space weather storms, please refer to the NOAA Space Weather
    Scales.

    Outlook For December 24-30
Space weather for the next week may reach minor levels. Category R1
(minor) radio blackouts are possible during the week due to a couple of
active regions currently on the visible side of the sun.
