Dear SETIzens,
With SETICon03 more than five months away, our annual Proceedings are
probably the farthest thing from your mind. But the review and publication
process does take time, and our first deadline is just sixteen days away!
If you have considered submitting a manuscript for Proceedings of
SETICon03, you need to get your brief abstract in to me by 30 November
2002. All I need at this time is a title and about 100 words of summary.

opportunity to share your ideas and accomplishments with your fellow SETIzens.
