Progress is progress.  It took us 2-million years to arrive where we are 
today.  We will grow in the number of radio-telescopes over time, and the 
efficiency will improve with each station with gains in computers, DSP, 
electronics, etc.  I know that once we can nail down the details for amature 
radio operators, our number of SETI stations will increase dramatically.
