SETI public: Web presented book about LDE and Bracewell-Tipler probe

Hello friends
I add on web book 'Civilization of Pilgrims' 
(on Russian yet) where are some attempts for
decoding long delayed echoes registred Stormer, Van-der-Pole,
Khals (1927-1928) and Epplton (1933).

Some Gauss like signs (parallel lines between bright stars
on spherical plane, galactic, you can find

It's 1-st and 4-th Stormer serias.

But there are not only 'like' there are some math articles
which was based on decoding results

At all events I hope so it is fine science provocation so on
math publications was no any words about SETI :)
