First; Your display adaptor may run a virtual desktop of 800x600 while
keeping the resolution of 640x480. In this case the screen should
scroll when you move the mouse to the edges.
Second; The settings on your monitor may simply display the picture off
the bottom of the screen. You should be able to use the control on the
front of your monitor to reduce the verticle size and move the screen
up (and right?).
