The undisputed master of VLBI geodessy is our dear friend Tom Clark, W3IWI,
radio astronomer extraordinaire and head of geodessy at NASA Goddard. He
is also the father of the GPS-synched clocks now showing up in amateur SETI
stations (see <http://www.setileague.org/hardware/clock.htm>).
