Well, I will prefer to have some internationnal regulation.
Everyone would egree than we try to be neutral as possible
in the conception of this message. But there is no garanty,
than the future transmission will do the same. I think we
should have a least a protocol to manage this practice.
Otherwise, the first UFO beleiver, religion of weirdo
group will send what they want in space and this may put
the humanity in trouble in the far future.
