Recall what the world was like before the Internet? Where is it that we
found articles? I remember ... libraries!
I know that many University EE dep't libraries carry CommQuart. Or, it's
published by the same people who publish CQ (the ham radio magazine), so
you can track them down that way and probably buy back issues.
