I like the hardening idea... hmm.

It would have to be some sort of stuff that flows
easily but hardens evenly... a good trick if it's
possible.

Concrete probably doesn't flow well enough.

I don't understand why'd Ron suggests liquid nitrogen
other than that it'd make a cool fog. *grin*
