For those who are members of the 'RSGB' or have access to the publication,
'RadCom' you may be interested to know that in 'Technical Topics' this month
there is a reprint of a letter from 'Chip' in relation to his 'Fractal'
antenna designs ( see also, RadCom 'TT' for, April and June 98 ).
